Schools

The Foundation is an educational non-governmental organisation. It was established in 2017 based on the experiences of parents and teachers.

We believe that the future of the world depends on smart education. That’s why we support schools to change, helping them become innovative, open environments committed to solving social problems where relationships based on mutual respect and trust prevail.

Our programmes help young people become informed and active citizens, developing a sense of confidence and responsibility for themselves and others. We strengthen teamwork, co-operation, critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Because that’s what education is, that’s what the world is.

We conduct educational programmes for schools, principals, teachers, helping them go beyond patterns in learning and school relationships. We organise free trainings, courses and webinars, prepare ready-made lesson plans, teaching materials, publications and manuals.

We support teachers and principals in their professional development by developing and implementing innovative ways of working, often based on business experience and best practices proven not only in Poland but also worldwide. These include, above all: design thinking, elements of agile and scrum, educational project, inquiry-based learning or flipped learning. We believe that we are constantly developing and learning.
